So, I did not cook tonight. But it is always good to take a break. I had to go to the eye doctor to find out what was going on with my eyes. Apparently, I now offically need glasses. I guess I'm getting old!Anyways, the good news is that my chicken broth congealed perfectly! I love it when it gets this thick, all the good minerals and collegian is in there. Yes, that is me almost holding the jar upside down. That is how thick it was. So happy!

- My Beloved loves salsa, so I am waiting for this recipe to ferment. Just started it today (See picture to the right). I only made a half recipe, since I did not purchase enough tomatoes.
